We created this Cold Brew Blend exclusively for our own cafes to use in making both our iced coffee and our nitro cold brew (i.e., Cold coffee on a nitrogen tap).  We are now offering this as a signature blend to you so you can make excellent cold coffee in your own home.  

Here is the Recipe for making your own fabulous cold brew:

Supplies: Toddy Brewer, fiber Toddy filter, toddy brewer cork, toddy glass decanter (all provided in the Toddy At Home Brewer Kit), 12 oz Cold Brew Blend (ground for french press), 7 cups of cold water (preferrably filtered), plastic wrap


  1. If coffee is whole bean grind it very coarsely, as if for a French Press.  Place the plug in the bottom of the brewer, thoroughly wet the filter and place in the bottom of the brewer.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of cold water, pour half of the grounds of coffee (6 oz), then slowly pour in 3 cups of cold water.  Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the remaining 6oz of coffee, then again pour the remaining 3 cups of cold water
  4. Stir the mixture very gently, or use the back of a spoon to make sure all grounds are wet.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refridgerator for 18-20 Hours, pull the plug out of the bottom of the brewer and allow the coffee to drain into the decanter.
*Concentrate will keep up to 2 weeks refrigerated.  Dilute 1 part coffee to 1 part water, you can use more or less coffee depending on your taste preference.  Or you can substitue milk for water!
