Story

Our Guatemala Guaya'b offering is sourced from family-owned farms organized around Guaya’b Asociación Civil, an association of 640 producers living in the municipalities of Jacaltenango, San Antonio Huista, and Unión Cantinil, within the department of Huehuetenango in Guatemala. The organization provides members with access to resources such as micro-financing to ensure year-round farm maintenance and periodic upgrades and renovations. Guaya'b also provides technical assistance, which includes soil analysis and training on organic fertilizer production. Additionally, the organization has a centralized wet-mill for coffee cherry processing equipped with environmental controls to return water used in processing to the environment free of contamination.

You’ll enjoy a light floral and cinnamon aroma. A superb balance of creamy body and subtle spice play off the more traditional orange citrus acidity.

Our Ethiopia Natural is known for its intense fruity blueberry and apricot flavors. It is a balanced coffee smooth and mellow, yet snappy with high citrus notes.
