This new Roasterie Reserve takes its name from the remote yet acclaimed Ruvuma growing region in Tanzania. Here small producers have come together to actively increase the already high standards of coffee production. This Ruvuma micro lot comes from one of these passionate producers. Pulped and fully washed in order to maintain a clean, sweet flavor profile, this lot has then been impeccably graded to ensure only the true Peaberry reaches our roaster.
Marvel at the bright candy sweet acidity of this coffee that fills each sip with light toasted almond, cinnamon and ginger. Rich peach and dried apricot flavors balance a medium full body that finishes long and clean

The Ghost of Machu Picchu is named after the enigmatic and sacred city in Peru. Invisible from below and completely self-contained the city of Machu Picchu is known for both its incredible beauty and its esoteric past. Two thousand feet above the thunderous Urubamba river, the cloud shrouded ruins have palaces, temples and a eerie landscape.
A blindingly bright acidity that mellows into a wonderful black berry sweetness. This coffee's finish is full and smooth, adding depth and body. A pure joy for both consumer and producer; this coffee is certified both organic and fair trade.
