The Pilot’s Club membership is as refreshing as that first cup of Roasterie coffee in the morning. It offers many benefits and enhances your coffee drinking experience. You can choose from our selection of nearly 100 origins and blends. Your recurring monthly orders will automatically be delivered to your door. Benefits of the Pilot’s Club

• Automatic delivery of your favorite coffee or espresso. Traveling for business or going on vacation? No problem. If you have any changes to your monthly order, simply email pilot@theroasterie.com or call 1.800.376.0245. We will send you a reminder email each month prior to shipping your order.
• Easy monthly payments. Your account will be auto billed on a regular basis. If you make any changes to your order, we will inform you of your total.
• Fresh roasted means just that. Your coffee will be roasted within 24 hours of when it is sent to you.
• Get it first! We will contact you in advance about new arrivals and products. Be the first in line to get new Cup of Excellence®, seasonal, or custom blends before they hit the stores.
• Great discount on all orders. You will receive 10% off all store gifts and souvenirs when added to your monthly orders.
• Surprises are in store for you. Occasional coffee related gifts, including free samples of new coffee, will pop-up in your recurring shipments.

Guidelines

To be a Pilot's Club member:

• You must have recurring monthly orders of either 4 - 12 oz. bags, 2 - 2 lb. bags, or 1 - 5 lb. bag each month, or 1 - 10 lb. bag every other month. It’s only available for 12 oz., 2 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. bags.
• This is only valid in the lower 48 states.
• Every order has to be sent to the same address unless you move permanently.
• Receive 1 point for each dollar spent on coffee or merchandise. Turn a friend onto the Pilot’s Club and instantly receive an additional 25 points.

How it works

1. Sign-up online or call to become a Pilot’s Club member.

2. Example, Jane Doe emails and states, “I just signed-up for the Pilot’s Club and would like to have 1 -12 oz. of Organic Espresso, 1 -12 oz. of Kenya AA, and 2 -12 oz. of Sumatra Organic to be delivered in the beginning of each month. Please charge my card each month with the total for standard shipping. I will be on vacation in early August, so please send my August order to be delivered at the end of the month.

3. We will email or call with confirmation and total before each order is sent to you.
