It offers many benefits and enhances your coffee drinking experience. You can choose from our selection of nearly 100 origins and blends. • Easy monthly payments. Your account will be auto billed on a regular basis. If you make any changes to your order, we will inform you of your total.
• Fresh roasted means just that. Your coffee will be roasted within 24 hours of when it is sent to you.
• Great discount on all orders. You will receive 10% off all store gifts and souvenirs when added to your monthly orders.
• Surprises are in store for you. Occasional coffee related gifts will pop-up in your recurring shipments.

Guidelines To Be a Pilot’s Club Member:

• You must have recurring minimum monthly orders of either 2 – 12 oz. bags, 1 – 2 lb. bags, or 1 – 5 lb. bag each month. Beyond the minimum your order can be customized however you’d like with as much coffee and as many different kinds as you care to include.
• This is only valid in the lower 48 states.
• Every order has to be sent to the same address unless you move permanently.

How It Works:

1. Sign-up online or call to become a Pilot’s Club member.
2. Example, Jane Doe emails and states, “I just signed-up for the Pilot’s Club and would like to have 1 -12 oz. of Organic Espresso, 1 -12 oz. of Kenya AA to be delivered at the beginning of each month. Please charge my card each month with the total for standard shipping. I will be on vacation in early August, so please send my August order to be delivered at the end of the month.
3. We will email or call with confirmation and total before each order is sent to you.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING THIS FIRST ORDER. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER AT THAT TIME. YOU CAN CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR RECURRING ORDER AT ANY TIME BY CALLING 816-931-4000.
