Have a happy and warm winter, filled will lots of Roasterie coffee!

Coffee was first discovered in Ethopia and one of its finest coffee springs is found in the Yirgacheffe region. This certified organic grows in high elevations under a soft canopy of native shade trees and is the only coffee allowed in the palaces of Ethiopian kings. Its characteristic citrus and floral aroma precedes its deep, rich flavor reminiscent of burgundy wines. Considered one of the most unique coffees in the world, Yirgacheffe has achieved virtual cult status among aficionados in the U.S. Like the kings of Africa, you too deserve all the riches that nature provides. Among them is our Yirgacheffe coffee.

darker roast?

At the Roasterie this bean is only available with the Vienna Roast. I have had darker roasted versions of the bean from other vendors, and it is better. Can you consider adding a darker roasted version (only slightly, not all the way to espresso!) for those of us who prefer it?

This is by far the best tasting organic on the market in this price range. A very, very good product.
