I got hooked on The Roasterie coffees when I lived in Prairie Village, KS, between 1996 and 2000. After having to relocate (sadly) to N. Carolina in 2000, I tried many local coffee roasters but never found a coffee that I could love. Thanks to the internet and The Roasterie web site, I have been able to have my favorite beans delivered to my door for the past 9 years and try some new flavors (Full Vengence is a winner!), but I always come back to Bavarian Chocolate. It is smooth and non-acidic. A great coffee all day long. I love it!
