Sometime I purchase this as a break from using your Seattle formula. I found it somewhat a more biting blend that the Seattle.

Great flavor; Rosterie recommends let rest a few days before using, I wait closer to 2 weeks. Flavor maintains punch better than most over time - still great intensity in shots at 2 months. Only downside is loses crema fairly quickly (in contrast to flavor) over time.

I've not tried all of your coffees, but this is my Favorite so far out of the seven or eight I have tasted. It's like a "FLAVOR BOMB", with different flavors exploding on my tongue with each sip, meaning the first sip tastes different then the last, and all the sips in between. How does that happen? I don't know, but I LOVE every drop.

Excellent, this is some of the best Espresso that I have had. Nice bold taste, and not overly acidic, first class!!!

Are you kidding when you call this an espresso? Not only was there no oil showing on the beans, but the roast was not even close to a Vienna, let alone an Italian. Taste was bright, a little sweet, and thin (Sidamo perhaps?). I do love your coffee, but this did not match my expectations for an espresso blend.

I've tried the espresso offerings from a dozen or more online coffee stores, all recommended by THE COFFEE REVIEW. I keep coming back to this one, which is the big favorite in my house.
