Organic Fair Trade Expresso
James | Dec - 26
Probably your the smoothest blend of espresso you make but I find I have to use 50% more to get the appropriate amount of coffee flavor, and that on top of the fact that I am already paying more for the small package weight over other espresso blends

Simply the best Espresso...
Ross | Jan - 15
Title says it all - this is the most balanced, flavorful, and smooth espresso blend that there is. The beans provide a solid amount of crema as well. Never oily, never burned...roasted to perfection.

If I had to pick only one bean to survive on from Rosterie, this would be it. Balanced, complex, and decent crema. I like variety however, so I order Gotham and Super Tuscan; neither is good as Organic by themselves, yet there is a wonderful contrast between those two I simply love.

I loved this but somehow am not loving this bag as much as the last. Could be that I didn't get it
Jessica | Feb - 1
from costco and paid shipping! But clearly, it is good if I'm doing that! I Make it in my stove top espresso maker (as a latte )and love the smoothe cozy not too acidic finish! Do wish I could get it there still because to pay shipping is a bit silly these days!

It's excellent espresso, but not quite as good as it was 3 years ago. I don't know what has changed, but the mocha flavors are not as vibrant.

Organic Fair Trade Espresso

Smooth yet holds up to latte's -- use with a super automatic Jura Capresso machine and absolutely loved the coffee!! Was a big Illy fan and even some local beans (Alterra), but this espress beats them all hands down.

Has been good, but not the last batch
Brett | Apr - 2
This was my favorite espresso. It was historically a good flavor with nice performance in my grinder and espresso machine. However, the last batch in January was very bitter and was not good at all. Previously this was never that bitter. I may try it again in the future. I am giving it a 3 only based on previous experience. This last batch was a 1.

We love this coffee, found it at Costco and got hooked. Our local Costco no longer carries it, so I had to search it out online. This turned out to be a good thing; even though we paid less at Costco, the selection online is wonderful and we found some other great coffees.
