This painstaking process helps to produce an amazingly sweet and complex coffee that is as nuanced as it is bold. The traditional volcanic and earthy Indonesian profile is compliment by bittersweet chocolate and subtle cherry and raison notes. A sassy and spicy finish adds to the balance of this full bodied yet mildly acidic coffee.
