Pitalito Estates is The Roasterie’s award winning and exclusive collection of coffee from the small town of San Agustin in the Huila growing region of southern Colombia. Our continuous search for the perfect beans led us to the Pitalito receiving house, nestled among high mountains of fertile soil and generous shade. On small two acre estates, an organized group of farmers give each bean the attention it deserves--from development to patio sun drying. Our coffee is the finest lot these growers have to offer, consisting of only the largest and most flawless green beans anywhere in Colombia. We cannot say more about Pitalito’s exquisite quality. This is truly one of our most important relationship coffees, and we are proud to be partners in this small community.
