Decaffeinated Latin America: Costa Rican Don Quijote

Decaffeinated Don Quijote is a bright and invigoratingly clean cup. Rich citrus floral tones balance perfectly with a smooth butterscotch flavor that will linger on your tongue. So smooth, so refined you will get goose bumps.
Only through our friends at the Lomas al Rio mill in Costa Rica’s central valley could we find a coffee this magnificent. High up in the fertile central mountains this small collection of estates has become the shining jewel of Costa Rica’s coffee industry. Around Lomas al Rio vintage varietals are grown on small plots by farmers who know The Roasterie, and Danny O’Neill, by name. Each coffee tree is pampered, and only the ripest, most succulent red cherries are selected and processed. It is then sent to one of the most respected decaffeination companies in the world. Only the best will do, perfectly preserving the acclaimed acidity, balance, and finish. Don't be fooled by imitations--there is only one "Don Decaf".
*Please note that this is RAW COFFEE and is intended for use by home roasters.
