Guidelines for Captains Club Members:

• You must have recurring minimum monthly orders of either four 12-ounce bags, two two-pound bags, or one ten-pound bag each month. Beyond the minimum, your order can be customized however you’d like with as much coffee and as many different kinds as you care to include.
• This is only valid in the lower 48 states.
• Every order has to be sent to the same address unless you move permanently.

How It Works:

1. Sign up online or call to become a Captains Club member.
2. Example, Jane Doe e-mails and states, “I just signed up for the Captains Club and would like to have two 12-oz. bags of Organic Espresso and two 12-oz. bags of Kenya AA to be delivered at the beginning of each month. Please charge my card each month with the total for standard shipping. I will be on vacation in early August, so please send my August order to be delivered at the end of the month."
3. We will e-mail or call with confirmation and total before each order is sent to you.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING THIS FIRST ORDER. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR ORDER AT THAT TIME. YOU CAN CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR RECURRING ORDER AT ANY TIME BY CALLING 816-931-4000.
